Goncharnoe is location on the main road between Sevastopol and Yalta, providing quick and easy access to the historic coastal city of Sevastopol approximately 15 mins away. A 10 minute drive away is the up market coastal enclave of Balaclava, a magnet for wealthy holiday makers and yacht owners.

The area is known for its exceptional mountain scenery and the popular beach of Inzhir (Lost World) is situated 40 minutes from the plot. A range of beaches are within a 10-15 minute drive of the property. Batiliman, Emerald and Laspi Mountain bases are 15 minutes from the property making it a haven for mountain walkers and hikers.

The historic town of Foros, along with its magnificent park and main beach is 20 minutes away. The newly opened Belbek Airport is 30 minutes away by good road.
