These General rules represent public agreement between juridical and natural person of Ukraine or any foreign countries, hereinafter referred to as Customer, and Limited liability company “Uaproperty”, hereinafter referred to as Executor, in regard with the publishing of information about property objects on “www.uaproperty.com” in the “Rent” and “Sale” sections.

1. Executor is obliged to publish information about property objects on “www.uaproperty.com” in “Rent” and “Sale” sections and the Customer is obliged to give information about property objects according the conditions and terms stated below.
   
   
2. Minimal content of information about property - the Customer is obliged to give the Executor the following minimum information regarding the property: - for the “Sale” section: address, price, right of ownership, size and digital photos of the property;
   - for the “Rent” section: address, price for rent period, size and digital photo of the property.
   
   
3. The information transfer from the Customer to Executor has to be done via email or another convenient way for the Customer (post, fax or telephone in some cases): office address – Office B 216, 34 Vasylkivska street, Kyiv, Ukraine, 03022, e-mail: admin@uaproperty.com, tel: +38044 4995010.
   
   
4. The Customer is obliged immediately to inform the Executor about changes in the given/published information (i.e. price, address, rent/sale/purchase conditions of the object; withdrawal of rent/sale/purchase) or any other relevant information with regard to the property or this Agreement.
   
   
5. The Customer’s request to establish information on the site has to be free and to correspond to his/her inner wish.
   
   
6. The Executor publishes information on the site directed by lawful consequences – “Rent”, “Sale”.
   
   
7. The Content of the established information must correspond to the actual property in question, to the best of the Customer’s knowledge.
   
   
8. The Customer reserves the right to remove a property from the site, but it is required to let the Executor know (in writing-post) at least three days in advance.
   
   
9. Executor has right to stop establishing or not to allow establishing information given by Customer without any explanations of reasons in case the information turns out to be unfeasible or its content is contrary to norms of legislation of Ukraine.
   
   
10. Information can be accepted, established, classified according to Customer’s discretion.
    
    
11. Customer is responsible for authenticity of given and established information in “Rent” and “Sale” sections. Under no circumstances Executor is not responsible for authenticity of information and doesn’t give any written or oral guarantees in regard with the establishing of information and/or anything in regard with the content of information mentioned before.
    
    
12. All information meant for publishing on the site is accepted from the Customer on the basis of total reliance.
    
    
13. Executor is enabled to change conditions of establishing the information and these General rules.
    
    
14. These General rules have force up to 31.12.2009. For the term of these rules affect establishing of information in “Rent”, “Sale” sections is free of charge.

Only after the above Terms and Conditions are agreed upon the property in question will be published on www.uaproperty.com
