Once you have selected the property or properties you want to buy, we make sure the conveyance goes through with perfect legal title. Nothing escapes our attention and we pride ourselves on having 100% record over many years with our clients.
A deposit is paid and after you’ve returned home, the balance will only be requested once everything is in order for the sale to be completed. If you wish, our Director, Alex, can act with power of attorney to conclude sales on your behalf. Or you can have documents signed with a notary officer in your home country and stamped with Apostille. Whatever way you wish to conclude the sale, it can be done with minimum inconvenience to you.
