In the Carpathians on the height of 600 m over the sea level lays the unique resort town Skhidnycya. Curative waters, pure filled with pine trees gum aroma air, mountain nature – all these components are unchangeable while treating liver, kidneys, stomach, they provide removal of radioisotopes and heavy metals from human organism.

Oil brought first popularity to this area. Its industrial production started here in 1872 after the railway setting. The first oil chink was mechanically drilled in Skhidnycya.

But the village became really famous due to Omelyan Stockiy regarding whom the first mineral waters chink was punched. This water now has the name of Naftusya. According to various investigations it was determined that mineral waters of Skhidnycya successfully treat diseases of kidneys and liver, diabetes and so on. The village has 8 resort houses, 2 rest bases, hotels and great quantity of private cottages.

But it is ought to be admitted that without development of infrastructure unique properties of Skhidnycya mineral waters were not used in all their power. 10 years ago the Skhidnycya infrastructure started to develop, and now it is in the process of blossoming.

Land site has a total area of 10000 m2. The electricity is connected from the local net. Water supply is absent but connection to local net is assumed. Heating is absent. There is a possibility to arrange an autonomous system. Gas is absent due to the fact that gas is not installed in this settlement. Sewer system is also absent but there is a possibility of autonomous system installation.

The property has a building purpose usage, i.e building of resort complex.

The property is located in Skhidnycya (in 20 km from Truskavets) close to the recreational zone of “Skolivsko Beskydy”.
