This year will be the start for the building of two high Ukrainian real estates on the Left bank of Kyiv with utilization of Chinese technologies. Thus reported the architect Sergei Babushkin on the seminar “Modern practice of building and projecting of high multifunctional complexes in Ukraine according to the International rules”.

According to his words the technologies of building of multistoried properties of the Shanghai project-building corporation Xian Dai will be used while building the International creative center of Yan Tabachnik and Left bank public center. According to the data of the architect 1000 USD will be invested to the 1 m2 of the complexes.

“We have concluded an agreement with the colleagues from Shanghai”, - Babushkin said.

As the architect mentioned totally 9 high complexes in the Left bank part of the capital are planned to be built that already obtained approval from the Architect city building Soviet of Kyiv.

In his opinion the Kyivan architects and builders will take the experience from the Shanghai colleagues in the field of antifire safety, establishment of engineering communications, air conditioning system while the process of building of high Ukrainian properties.

International creative center of Yan Tabachnik with the height of 200 m (about 50 stories), total area of 150 000 m2, will be located on the Dnipro bank in the Dnipro district of the capital.

Left bank public center that will include 3 high buildings will be located not far from the metro station “Livoberejna”, on the Nikolsko-Slobidska St. The highest building will have 67 floors, the rest two – per 42 floors. Both of the projects are developed by Babushkin.
