Kyiv is going to possess Japan cultural center. According to the information of the deputy of Kyiv state soviet Ihor Dobrutskiy who gave the idea for the creation of the sakura garden, commission upon problems of ecology is going to determine the place.

This commission also has to give the propositions as for the determination on the contest base the investor of projecting and creation of the cultural center.

The Kyiv communal commission of green building and exploitation of green plantings in Kyiv will also take part in the project.
In the document of Kyivzelenstroy created on the instructions of Kyiv city head Leonid Chernovetskiy as for the forming th propositions about the organization of Japan cultural center, it is said that the "organization of Japan cultural center in the yard of Kyiv state administration with open access for the visitors will contradict to the regime of utilization of determined territory, as the territory of working utilization".
