The Committee of the Verkhovna Rada as for the problems of state building, regional politics and local management recommends the Parliament to improve the bill “About state registration of laws of estate and their limitations” N2597.

According to the reports of Informative management of Verkhovna Rada apparatus the project assumes the creation of the single system of the rights for state registration of real estate and their limitations in the system of Mimistry of Justice of Ukraine. Supporting the necessity of creation of such a system the members of the Committee expressed the warnings about the mechanism of realization of appropriate intentions connected with the changes insertion of systemic character into the Law “About local self-managing in Ukraine”, as well as into the Civil and Land codes.

Committee recommended the Parliament to return the bill for the revision. The Committee also decided to turn to the Head of the Verkhovna Rada Alexandr Moroz with the proposition to recommend to the Conciliatory soviet not to submit the project to the Parliament until the carrying out of the Committee hearings as for the problem of state registration of the rights for the Ukrainian real estate and their limitations.
