The company "XXI vek" (XXI century)(Kyiv) prognoses stabilization of prices at the land property market to 2012 in the case of termination of opeartion of moratorium for the sale of agricultural Ukrainian property - lands for sale in 2008 year.
It was reported by the head of the directors soviet Lev Parkhaladze. "As for the sale of land the prices can stabilize (after the end of moratorium in 2008) in one year or two", - he said. Parkhaladze connects it to the fact that the projects will appear only in 1-2 years after the start of free sale of the Ukraine real estate - agricultural land.
He also said that approximately in 2009 there will appear a boom of cottages building. This forecasting is based on the reality that in the suburbs of Kyiv it becomes more easy to work than in border of the city. In particular the land sites out of the city cost more cheap, building works are carried out more quickly, communications are not so expensive.
Parkhaladze admitted that today the cost of living in cottage towns includes 1300-1500 USD per 1 m2. As the agency reported "XXI vek" is going to start building of cottage town "Verkhnie Lesniki" in the Kyiv region in 2008. In 2005 "XXI vek"sold 35% of the stocks on London stock exchange for 139 mln USD. "XXI vek" is one if the leading developers company. The projects bag of the company includes all typers of commercial Ukrainian property. |
