National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) reduced the quantity of documents, which residents of the country should submit for obtaining of individual licenses for making investments into the foreign property.

Proper resolution of NBU N 214 dated by 25 July 2008 about changes into the order of granting of such licenses was registered by Ministry of Justice on 21 August, promulgated on Monday on site of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and goes into operation in 10 days after its state registration.

The resolution abolishes the norms of providing of information about bank-non resident, which obtains the funds, as well as detailed date about resident who carries out the investment.

Besides, the order of licenses granting is unified for juridical and physical persons.

National Bank also determines the term of examining of documents for granting of license - not more than 25 working days from the moment of its obtaining. As well the conclusions of special state authorities for struggle with organized criminality are taken into consideration, if they were obtained during this term.

In case of necessity of introduction of changes for license licensor have 20 days for consideration. Hence provided by the increase of sum of investment the applicant has to turn to NBU in order assumed for obtaining of new license.
