The Verkhovna Rada approved a bill to create a single state land cadastre (SLC). About this newspaper "Kommersant-Ukraine."
According to the document, formally unified electronic cadastre will start to work on January 1, 2012. From 2013 it will become publicly available. The law also simplifies the procedure of obtaining a certificate confirming the right of land ownership, and reduces the list of documents on land management.
It is also expected to establish a 14-day period to make the SLC documentation of lands and sites. At the same time in 2013 to repeal the state acts on land ownership, because their existence is not coordinated with the system of state registration of real rights on immovable property.
Experts are generally positive about the bill. Its main drawback is they call that the inventory has no independent legal significance without the state register of land rights. The law also does not stipulate rules for the control of the registrars and not determined the cost of services. |
