At the beginning of 2008 the experts do not expect serious prices growth for the residential property in Ukraine

Hence in spring the negative prices dynamics, most likely will change, and the prices for the property in Ukraine will keep growing with the speed of 1-2% per month. According to different estimations gradual increase of the Ukrainian real estate prices, starting from the second quarter, will include from 15-20% to 30% according to the results of 2008.

The average price of proposition of 1 m2 in the city was not changed during last time. Current prices level is 1% lower comparing to the beginning of 2007.

According to the estimation by experts during last year the 1-room apartments fell in prices by 4%, and two-room apartments - by 1%. The flats of large sizes, vice versa, grew in price - tree-room apartments by 3%, the flats with quantity of rooms from 4 and more - by 10%.

Another tendency is balancing of the 2007 prices for the apartments on different stages of building. Thus the most expensive apartments on the nil stage of building grew by 8%.

The specialists admit that increase in prices will touch not only several segments of the market - the price for the Ukrainian property for sale on the secondary market can stay stable or even continue its falling.
