Hopes of participants of the hotel market of Ukraine are tightly connected with coming event of Euro-2012 Football Championship. This market can only grow and develop in connection with collaboration with the Ukrainian government. In order to form the open dialogue and development of the program of mutual activity the Ukrainian Real Estate Club has carried out the official event "Effective cooperation of authorities and business in development of hotel sector".

Among participants of Round table there were:

• Olena Arkhipova, Head of investment department Esta Holding.

Speakers' words were mainly dedicated to the hopes of investors while realization of projects in the field of hotel property, problems in the process of their realization, financing of hotel projects by banks.

Representatives of international operators have characterized the factors determining interest of the international net to the market, as well as problems limiting introduction of the international operators into Ukraine.

The representatives of the Ukrainian government mentioned the situation in development of hotel segment, as well as initiatives directed to the development of hotel sector from the side of Kyiv authorities.

The event that was carried out in the hotel "Premier Palace" gathered around 150 people – representatives of executive power, international and national hotel operators, investors and developers.
