Last years Ukraine came into a boom of business. And it is no wonder. This country has a huge potential being located on the border between Europe and Asia, facing the high possibilities due to the large amount of natural resources and human force. High intellect and desire to work brought this country to the level of business growing that really differs from the level that used to be in Ukraine for some 20 years ago.

Of course business people do need office property in order to realize their potential. In fact, property prices increasing that was observed previous year and is predicted to keep going in the future one, also touched the sphere of office property, and now this type of real estate in Ukraine is of great value… due to great lack.

In current year in Ukraine 119 000 m2 of office properties of different classes was put into operation. The total office square of class B office Ukrainian property in this year includes about 46-47 000 m2. For current period in average the renting prices in business-center of class B include 45-55 USD per 1m2 without taxes.

According to the data of "Ukrainian Trading Guild" it became much more expensive to lease office Ukrainian real estates in business centers or on the ground floors of residential properties in Ukraine. For the last half of the year the rent prices increased in 21%. The major reasons for such a growth are lack of high quality office real estates, absence of alternative at the market of office property, as well as prices growth for the non-professional office properties.
