Collaboration between Ukraine and Belarus in pumping oil via the Odesa-Brody pipeline does not mean Ukraine has refused to collaborate with Poland in that project, Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said.
"It will be an important project whose capacity has not been limited. Nobody in any case has stopped partnership with Poland – it's the other way round. But we're waiting for strong decisions, for real teamwork jointly with Poland," he mentioned to reporters in Chernihiv on Tuesday when commenting on the government's decision to pump oil for Belarus via the Odesa-Brody main pipeline.
Azarov noted that the project for collaboration with Poland is still in the pipeline, and Ukraine has every right to take independent decisions to use the pipeline if they are economically justified. |
