Three firms have submitted documents to take part in a tender to lease property at the Kyiv's Zhuliany Airport: S&P law firm, Master-Avia and Promsotsprorozvytok.
This info was reported at a meeting of the Kyiv City Council commission on ownership, the press service of the BYUT faction told.
The commission has all but selected the winner of the tender. According to the reported data, the winner is the Master-Avia Company, as only it submitted properly drafted documents.
Hence, some members of the commission objected to the results of the tender being proclaimed before the expiration of the 30-day term foreseen by the law. As a result, the announcement has been postponed for several weeks.
The deputy chairman of the commission on ownership, Denys Moskal of the BYUT faction, noted that the commission has illegally tried to finish the tender before the expiration of the set term.
"The question is why was the tender held so fast? The legal procedure for its conduct was not observed. As we can see, there was an attempt to adopt the results on the 14th day, ignoring the thirty-day term foreseen in the legislation," the MP admitted.
He added that during the carrying out of the competition, the interests of one of the companies were unfairly lobbied for, in spite of the Ukrainian and city interests. |
