Now Kiev is considered to be one of the most expensive cities in the Eastern Europe. Homes for sale, apartments, offices and other real estate now are so expensive that in their cost they already can be compared to quite good property in some EU cities like Amsterdam. Prices grew by 10-25% just in last two month of the finished 2006 year.
Prospective investor Tatiana Plemenyuk from NAI Pickard Commercial Real Estate Services reports that it is a real property boom, especially in the capital. Three years ago she bought a flat for the price around 30 000 USD and now its cost already reached 200 000 USD.
Building work keeps going in Kyiv all the time. Even when darkness comes the building process continues. Some building projects operate per 24 hours per day. The building is not finished and you won’t probably already find any flat for sale, because they are sold long time ago.
