According to the director of the project team "Archimatika" Alexander Popov, the number of orders for engineering services for construction of residential houses from the beginning of the year grew by 27% compared to the same period of 2010.

The revival is observed not only in the segment of new construction, but also in the sector of frozen for a period of crisis, private unfinished projects. Demand for the services of construction brigades involved in construction of houses increased by 37%.

In addition, the expert describes the situation positively in the land market. The operations of purchase / sale of plots for construction increased. In the market, according to Alexander Popov, now there is a lot of offers for sale of land with good and competitive price.
