Snowless season in the Carpathians significantly increased the quantity of mountain cottages that are for sale for really available prices! Hence according to the opinion of local realtors current "stock" is a temporal event. Permanent demand for the land in this region will not give the possibility the prices to fall. So till next spring the Ukrainian property in the Carpathians is predicted to increase in price for 15-20%.
Mountains become overgrown with villas
The popularity of the Carpathian property grows each year. According to our data, the quantity of requests for the buying of land or cottage in mountains increased in 50 % comparing to the last winter.

As director of agency Sakura Tatyana Danilova admits, potential clients can be divided into two categories.
