Buy currency will be without a passport.
National Bank of Ukraine is considering the possibility of simplifying cash foreign exchange transactions.
"Yesterday we met and discussed this issue. We are very seriously thinking about this question. By Monday, plan that the President has made a declaration", - said the first deputy head of the NBU Yuri Kolobov about the possibility of selling small amounts of currency without a passport.
"We think how to remove the discomfort for the population but at the same time fulfilling the law," - said the first deputy head of the NBU.
Kolobov said that tightening the rules for foreign exchange transactions, only the National Bank fully complied with existing since 1993 decree on foreign exchange regulation.
Should be reminded from September 23, buying and selling of currency in Ukraine in any quantity is only in the presence of a document confirming residency. The banks are required to take copies of these documents. |
