AS Eesti Ehitus subsidiary Eurocon Ukraine LLC (domiciled in Ukraine) concluded a building contract with the Ukrainian company ZAO Dneprovska Pristan for the building of recreational- and shopping center in Kyiv, Darnitskiy district, Ukraine.

The contract cost is UAH 53 435 730 (EEK 113 398 130 / EUR 7 184 545), excluded Ukrainian VAT 20 pct, the company proclaimed.

The estimated time for the building works to start is August 2008 and finishing in May 2009.

Eesti Ehitus has a shareholding in Eurocon Ukraine LLC through its Estonian domiciled subsidiary Eurocon OU (AS Eesti Ehitus shareholding 63 percent). Eurocon Ukraine LLC is a owned subsidiary of Eurocon.

Eesti Ehitus is a group of building companies whose central business is general contracting and building management in the building of buildings and infrastructures in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine.

The consolidated revenue of Eesti Ehitus in 2007 was EEK 3,9 billion (EUR 245 million) and the consolidated net profit was EEK 295 million (EUR 20 million).
