For Ukrainian property land users in Kyiv who don't want to register rental agreements, tax for land is going to be increased.

Such proposition during meeting of permanent commission of Kyiv state Soviet as for the problems of land relations reported head of Main department of land resources - Yuriy Kulakovskiy.

As it was reported, Y.Kulakovskiy added that the majority of land users in Kyiv use these Ukrainian real estates without registration of rental agreement and pay the tax in three times lower than it is established (instead of 3% they pay 1%).

In this case the head of Main department of land resources with the purpose to stimulate land users to register the documents, proposes to increase the tax for land in 7 times.

This decision during the meeting of commission was taken into consideration. The working group that includes commission representatives is created in order to continue working in the decision with Kyivzem and juridical authorities of Kyiv Rada.
