
A general meeting of shareholders in capital-based Kyivmiskbud scheduled for October 7 was not held, according to a press release submitted by Kyiv City Administration, referring to the company's board chairman Mykhailo Holitsa.
"Kyivmiskbud's board reports that a general meeting of shareholders in Kyivmiskbud scheduled for October 7, 2010, will be held. Kyivmiskbud's shareholders and all other interested persons will be informed of the date, place and agenda of the next general meeting of the company's shareholders," reports the release issued on October 7.
The Bulletin Ukrainian Securities of Ukraine newspaper of October 7 published an announcement on the holding of an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders by Kyivmiskbud's board scheduled for November 28, 2010, which would take place at 1100 am at 18, Chyhorina Street. The announcement was not signed.
The agenda of the meeting will include the reelection of a head and members of the company's supervisory board, board of vice-directors and directors, audit commission, approval of the registrar and amendments to the company's regulations.
Commenting the announcement of the meeting, Holitsa, who was appointed Kyivmiskbud board chairman at the general meeting of the company's shareholders, which took place on October 5 and initiated by Kyiv city council, the meeting of Kyivmiskbud's shareholders was held on October 5 and all decisions were made at the meeting. |
