The Kyiv city administration sold three land plots with the total area of about 0.9 ha and total cost of 22 million Hrn.
The Kyiv authority made a decision on its last session on Thursday.
The biggest land plot with the area of 0.8 ha is situated on Chyhoryna Street Pechersk district of the capital.
It was sold to the Ukrainian research nutrition institute for over 20 million Hr.
The land plot leased by the institute since 2007 is designed for the reconstruction of the property complex located on it.
It should be reconstructed into an administrative building, it is said in report.
Another large purchase was the 0.09-ha land plot at 14 Lyuteranska Street Pechersk district of Kyiv.
The land site was purchased by the Rem Bud Company for about 3 million Hrn.
The land site was leased for a building of a large complex with shopping mall.
As it was reported, in January, the Kyiv city state administration endorsed the city budget for 2008 with the revenues of 21 billion Hrn and expenses of 22 billion Hrn. |
