
Kyiv city council has allowed Kyiv plant of aluminum constructions to get a UAH 10.9 million credit from Expobank in Kyiv.
The credit will be attracted at a rate of 18% per annum per one year. The plant will increase funds under a collateral of real estate worth a total of Hr 19 million.
According to an explanatory note to the decision, earlier Kyiv city council made up a decision to raise the statutory capital of Kyiv plant of aluminum constructions by Hr 13 million and to pay back the plant debt to Infinmanagement Ltd.
Expobank was found in 1991. As of July 1, 2009, its major shareholders were Yuriy Hetmanenko (75 %) and Expobusiness Ltd. (11%).
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, as of July 1, 2009, in terms of total assets (Hr 2 billion) the bank ranked 53rd among the 184 operating banks in Ukraine. |
