The Kyiv city state administration waits that the procedures related to the transfer of land sites on the territory of the national complex "Expo Center of Ukraine" to the Yudzhyn Company to be finished by the end of 2009. Anatoliy Holubchenko, the first deputy head of the Kyiv city state administration, announced this to the press.
"I guess we will finalize this question until the New Year holidays," Holubchenko noted.
According to Anatoliy Holubchenko, the State Affairs Department and the Kyiv city state administration has achieved the agreement on the borders of the land sites to be transferred to the Yudzhyn Company.
All of the parties have yet to agree with the borders. The real estate facilities on the land sites will be registered then to be transferred to the Kyiv city state administration first and to the Yudzhyn Company later.
As it was reported earlier, President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko in June 2009 ordered the Cabinet of Ministers and the State Affairs Department to transfer to the Kyiv city state administration state-owned facilities located on land sites of the national complex "Expo Center of Ukraine" allocated to the Yudzhyn Company.
In June 2008 the Kyiv city state administration, the State Affairs Department, and the Yudzhyn company agreed on rent a land site in the National Complex Expo Center of Ukraine to Yudzhyn as compensation for demolition of a non-complete building of a trade-entertainment center Troitskyi. |
