The Kyiv city state administration has sold four land sites with the total area of 0.911 ha and total cost of 21.847 million Hrn.
The Kyiv city administration took the decision at its session on Thursday, December 18, 2008.
The largest land site with the area of 0.7 ha is situated on Chyhoryna Street in Kyiv Pechersk district.
It was sold to the Ukrainian scientific and research institute of nutrition for 17 million Hr.
The land site leased by the institute since 2007 is designed for the reconstruction of the real estate complex located on it.
It will be reconstructed into an administrative building.
Another large sale was the 0.08-ha land plot at 14 Lyuteranska Street in Kyiv Pechersk district.
The land site vwas sold to the Rem Bud company for 2.251 million Hrn.
The plot is leased for the building of a housing complex with shopping mall.
As it was reported earlier, in January, the Kyiv city council endorsed the city budget for 2008 with the revenues of 20 billion Hrn and expenses of 21 billion Hrn. |
