From 9-12 October 2007 in the International exhibition center at the address: Kyiv, Brovarskiy prospect, 15, the 8-th International property exhibition-forum Investate-2007 will be held.

The purpose of the exhibition event is to provide complete, professional information and services for the persons interested in the problems of purchasing, crediting, sale and rent of property, investment, insurance and estimation of the property for sale, in juridical aspects, both in Kyiv and in other regions of Ukraine, as well as foreign countries.

The other purpose of coming event is consolidation of market of consumer financial-credit services at the property market, as the highest rates of development belong the mortgage landing.

At the exhibition-forum the leading building, investing companies, banks, realtors companies, agencies, and juridical companies will be presented. The largest interest is paid to real estate for sale in Spain, Bulgaria, Cypress, Turkey, Switzerland, and Dubai. The quantity of companies who present their flats on market- as well as cottages, villas in the Mediterranean countries is 30.

The exhibition will become a significant event of 2007 at the property market that will bring the improvement of investing climate and increasing of investments to the property. As well this event will continue forming of the Ukrainian market in the field of consumer financial-crediting services.
