Aircompany International Airlines of Ukraine has renewed the regular flights to Italy – Kyiv – Rome and Kyiv-Milan till the 1, December 2007, reported press-secretary of IAU Eugenia Satskaya.
According to her words the flight Kyiv-Milan will be charter on 7, Novermber – others will be regular.
Till 1, December air authorities of Ukraine and Italy have the intension to conclude finally about refusing from vexed questions as for the flights of IAU to Italy.
As it was admitted as a result of meeting of minister of transport of Ukraine Nikolay Rudkovskiy with Ambassador of Italy Fabio Fabbri the oral agreement about temporal renewal of night stop of Alitalia at the Boryspil airport was submitted.
Italian aircompany Alitalia refused to receive such permission, and Italian authorities in their turn refused IAU any flights to Italy before the right of night stop for the Alitalia airplanes.
On the 31 October International Airlines of Ukraine dismissed the flights to Italy, Kyiv-Rome and Kyiv-Milan from 31 October till 5 November.
After these events Kyiv threatened Rome to ban the flights for Alitalia other Italian transferors.
61.6% of stock of International Airlines of Ukraine is possessed by the government and is controlled by the Fund of state ownership, 22.51% - by the Austrian airlines, company Debis AerFinance – 6% and European Bank of Reconstruction and Development – 9.9%. |
