In the Republican Committee of Land Management stated that in the Crimea, nearly half of the shareholders - are pensioners. "The state gave the peasant land, but no well-designed mechanisms, as a rural pensioner, having neither the strength nor the sufficient experience and education, as well as material resources, will handle this land," - said the head of the Republican Committee of Land Management Alexander Chabanov.

The first phase of land reform is almost completed, said a Chabanov, and showed a number of negative events that do not allow to introduce a real market relations in the countryside and do not contribute to the economic revival of agriculture.
