Alex Abromaovych, the Director fo Hanroc Developments Ltd, a company with whom the Foreign Property shop work closely and market products for, spoke at a conference about hospitality accommodation at the UREC Hospitality confrerence in Kiev on September 14th.

Alex (above right) explained the role of Hanroc projects in the tourist industry in Ukraine, about how important they were to its development. The Company's Lighthouse project, in particular, attracted a lot of interest due to its excellent design and key location overlooking the harbour in Sevastopol.

It's not surprising that this project came 2nd in a compettion of over 80 development projects across Ukraine in a competition run by the European Bank for Redevelopment and Construction. Alex also indicated that his company is looking for partners to develop this project. It's anopportunity for investors to gain immedaite access to the Ukrainian property development market with minimal risk.
