European Congress of International Property Federation will be held in Ukraine in 2010. As President of All-Ukrainian association of property specialists "FIABCI-Ukraine" (Kyiv) Telman Abbasov reported this decision was adopted on the 58-th World Congress FIABCI that took place on 28 May - 2 June in Barcelone (Spain).

According to the reported data during the European Congres "FIABCI - Ukraine" has signed a lot of documents about collaboration, in particular, contract with University of property FIABCI as for the problems of teaching of the Ukrainian specialists with payment of scholarship from FIABCI fund and diploma delivery of International level.

"FIABCI-Ukraine" also signed two agreements with International Committee FIABCI about work of the Ukrainian specialists in more than 60 countries in the field of property, development, building, architecture, consulting, investments, law and so on. As well the agreement about collaboration with "FIABCI-Ukraine" and Institute CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member)was signed.

Ukrainian delegation also signed a row of agreements about partnership relations with leading companies in the field of property from Spain, USA, the Netherlands, Australia, Bulgaria, Great Britain and South Africa. Next Congress of International federation FIABCI for young participants will be held in September 2007 in Milan.

As it was proclaimed in April of current year International federation of property created its representation in Ukraine - All-Ukrainian association of specialist in property "FIABCI - Ukraine". The main goal of its creation was uniting of specialists in property, presentation and protection of their interests in the World property market.

For today "FIABCI-Ukraine includes about 60 companies in 17 regions of Ukraine. FIABCI was found in France in 1945 by the French national federation of property managers. Federation with staff in Paris has its representatives in 60 countries of the world.
