De Luxe entertainment complex will be opened in the spot of the former office of XXI Century developer in Kyiv at 3, Hrushevskoho Street in early 2010, the press service of complex has said.

The complex, with a total size of about 2 600 square meters, will be situated on four floors and will include a two-storey night club, am Asian cuisine restaurant and a lounge-bar under the overall name of The Park, and a brand boutique.

Investing into the premises reconstruction has not been disclosed.

As it was reported, XXI Century in August 2009 changed the office at 14A, Bekhterevsky Lane in Shevchenkivsky district in Kyiv. The company changed its location to decrease expenses.

XXI Century, the leading Ukrainian developer, has been operating on the property market since 1999. Its shares have been quoted on the London Stock Exchange since December 2006 ($139 million has been attracted).
