Kyiv economic court has recognized the territorial community of Kyiv's right of ownership to a 90% stake in Kyivmiskbud holding company.

The decision was proclaimed by the court after hearings in Kyiv on Wednesday.

"The court has leaded to partly satisfy the claim: to recognize the right of ownership of 54 million stocks of Kyivmiskbud holding company, which is 90% of the stocks belonging to the territorial community of the company, and to throw out the other part of the claim to invalidate the acquisition deal," the judge noted.
