Beach town of club type has been opened near Pereyaslav-Khmelnytskiy

On 12 July a ceremony of opening of suburb club Senator Beach Club on the bank of the bay of the Dnipro river has taken place.
Senator Beach Club is one of the first beach resorts of club type on Dnipro in Kyiv region. The infrastructure of complex includes hotel for 9 rooms built on the basis of boat. Senator beach club possesses sandy beach with total length of 150 m, swimming pool, volleyball play grounds, barbeque and so on. The small town has parking for 30 cars.

As it was reported by the developer of the project company "DEOL Partners" the realization of the project was planned for three stages during three years. Total investment cost of the projects is 22 mln USD. The territory of the club is about 3.5 ha. As a result of the first stage of the project was building of the hotel on used boat. Rooms of the hotel have terrific sceneries of Kaniv water reservoir from their windows. Infrastructure is highly developed here, so you will be able to have a wonderful relaxation in this new Ukrainian real estate. "Firstly we denied to install the TV sets and WiFi systems in the rooms in order to give our clients the possibility to have a rest from the features of modern civilization and to admire a real nature"- said director of the complex Alexander Babenko.

During the second stage the improvement of the territory was carried out (the roads to the complex, forest and so on), as well as building of the "central cottage". It will include sauna, fire place hall and guest rooms of VIP class. The realization of the second stage will permit to receive guests in winter period. The third stage includes the building of small cottages of personal utilization and one of the penthouses.

As it was admitted in Senator Beach Club the system of club membership will act. Club subscription differs in terms of clients living in the resort town. According to this club cards have the status "card of often guest" to "platinum card", which provides additional services to the clients.
