The largest building company Consol started workshop in Sevastopol Metakon. While entering a new asset with productivity of 1800 tones of metal constructions per year, the company obtained the possibility to create annually about 100 000 m2 of Ukrainian property for sale.

The workshop of metal constructions "Metakon" is started in the frame of modernization of Sevastopol plant of ferroconcrete constructs that belong to Consol. During three years the company invested into the plant about 25 mln of USD, established finish establishment Elematic. As it was reported by the director of Metakon Vladislav Anokhin the enterprise works by the new for Crimea technology of formation and dying of metal constructions. "We use polymers, powder dyes, which provide high quality long termed covering of the constructions", - Anokhin said as well. - Analogues dying lines in Ukraine exist only on several enterprises in Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv and Kyiv".

Company Consol was found in 1993 in Sympheropol. It contains 10 enterprises as for projecting, building and service of residential and commercial property in Ukraine, as well as production of building materials. Consol keeps building in all the cities of Crimea and in some other regions of Ukraine. From 2001 the company is in the content of corporation Ukrrosbud.
