After some enlivenment of the property market in Kyiv at the beginning of May that caused a marginal growth in prices, the market has once again fallen into a coma, according to a report by SV Development.

Consequently, prices have started to decrease again, the company added. A new low price record was made on May 16 when two apartments were sold at the primary market for 1000 USD and 980 USD per meter 2.

The apartments are situated in a new building on Akhmatova street in Poznyaky area. In 2008 when the building was still under construction flats in it went for 2 500 per meter 2 according  Development news.
