For financing of building of available housing, in the budget of 2009 it is ought to assume the expenses in the size of 6 342 mlrd hrn. Thus is considered by the deputies of Verkhovna Rada as for the problems of building, city construction and housing service.

As it was reported by press service of Verkhovna Rada, during discussion of budget project for 2009 the member of Committee, in particular, focused on realization of program "Providing of Ukrainian citizens with available housing" for the expense of City state budget instead of budget program "Addition of state capitals of state banks with purpose of increase of crediting in first turn of workers of education system, culture, medical service and other workers of budget sphere" and introduction of 1.2 mlrd hrn from special fund of Ministry of regional development and building of real estate in Ukraine.

"Expenses for preliminary payment, additional payments connected with credit registration for the citizens with average level of income are not available". They have to obtain discount in the percent index" - members of Committee consider.

Building of available property in Ukraine includes number of mechanisms of decreasing of its cost, and 30% of state help will improve housing conditions of Ukrainian property for sale for the citizens with average level of income, in particular, workers of state sphere, was admitted by the Committee. Besides, financing of construction of available Ukrainian real estate through the state help and creation of funds of building financing, according to the deputies opinion, assumes providing of financial resources for building, which stimulates development of different fields.

At the meeting of Committee the talks were about 100 mln hrn of common fund of State budget for execution of events of Complex program of liquidation of consequences of water logging in towns and villages of Ukraine for 2002-2010. They, in deputies' opinion, have to be directed on carrying out of warning events in cities and villages of the Carpathians, Polissya, Dunay-Dnister steppe zone, that usually can suffer from floods.
