Buyers could "knock out" a discount of 35%

In Kiev, sold the most expensive residential real estate. It is about 700 meters apartment with repair of luxury class. Ukrainian media report about this October 28th.

The apartment is on a whole floor of one of residential buildings in the Pechersk district. The deal amounted to 3.2 million U.S. dollars.

It should be noted that this price is below its previously announced by the seller at 35%. According to media reports, the new owner of the apartment became a businessman from Moscow. Guest of the Russian capital is going to move to Kiev with his family because his wife is from Ukraine.
