Discussion about the new initiative of the capital authorities as for addition of the budget by the increasing of norms of investors participation in the creation of city infrastructure takes power.

Thus deputy of Kyivsoviet from Party of Regions Andrey Vingranovskiy reported that the insertion of these initiatives will provoke the significant increasing in Ukrainian property prices.

As it was reported in the press service of the deputy, the initiative of the capital administration as for the increase of norms for the determination of participation in the development of infrastructure "will make a strong heat o the building field and will cause much greater property prices growing". "To fill the city budget is not good approach " - he reported.

According to his words, the planned increase in the size of participation in 3.2 times will cause the growth of building works cost and, in Ukrainian real estate prices growth by 15-20%, respectively.

Vingranovskiy thinks that in order to fill the city budget the capital authorities could have utilized more civilized measures. Thus, except of carrying out of land auctions, it could be efficient to introduce the contests as for the developed projects on this land.

Let's remind that earlier the deputy of Kyiv soviet Zoryan Shkiryak reported that received decision can cause a real collapse, as quick increasing in the norms of participation in 2008 will automatically determine the increasing in property prices in the primary and secondary markets of Kyiv at least by 15%.
